These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Khammaghanisaa, including customised travel planning, tour packages, hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and related services across Rajasthan and Himachal Pradesh.
By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment and send written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
Prices quoted are based on current rates for hotels, transport, and activities at the time of quotation. Rates may change if suppliers revise their prices before final confirmation.
Full payment terms and any balance due dates will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
Itinerary Changes
We make every effort to deliver the itinerary as planned. However, due to weather, road conditions, local events, or operational reasons beyond our control, certain activities or routes may need to be modified.
We will always try to offer suitable alternatives of similar value.
Travel Documents & Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued ID proof. For certain destinations or activities, additional permits may be required.
Khammaghanisaa is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or medical emergencies.
Liability
Khammaghanisaa acts as a travel coordinator and booking agent. While we work with trusted partners, we are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, or activity operators.
We recommend that all travellers obtain adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal belongings.
